Refund and cancellation

These rules apply to Webhavencore tech analysis training seats and private cohorts confirmed offline. This site does not process payments; refunds follow the method used for the original fee.

Eligibility

Full refunds are available when you cancel a confirmed seat at least seven (7) full days before the scheduled start time and no session materials unique to your cohort have been prepared at your request.

Partial refunds

Cancellations between three (3) and six (6) days before start may receive a fifty percent (50%) refund of fees already paid for that seat. Cancellations inside three (3) days are generally non-refundable unless we cancel the session.

Non-refundable items

Printed workbooks, licensed third-party case packs, or materials purchased specifically for your private cohort after you approve the expense are non-refundable once ordered. Time already delivered in a multi-part cohort is non-refundable.

How to request a refund

Email learn@webhavencore.click or call (04) 36621467 with your name, module, scheduled date, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within ten (10) business days using the same bank transfer or cash method used for payment. We do not refund to cards via this website because we never collect card details here.

Cancellation by Webhavencore

If we cancel a session, you may choose a full refund or a free reschedule to the next available seat for the same module.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once without fee when you give at least five (5) days’ notice and space exists in a later cohort. Further reschedules may be treated as a cancellation under the timelines above.

Deposits

When a deposit holds a private cohort date, it becomes part of the fee. Deposit refunds follow the same day-count rules as seat cancellations.

No-shows

Missing a confirmed session without prior notice is treated as a late cancellation and is non-refundable.

Work already started

If a multi-hour module has begun and you leave early, fees for the started block are non-refundable. Unused later blocks in a multi-day private engagement may be refunded proportionally if cancelled under the seven-day rule.

Exceptions

Serious illness or documented travel disruption may qualify for a goodwill reschedule; we review these case by case. Contact learn@webhavencore.click for refund questions.
